Are you feeling stiff from a long day of sitting and studying? Join Pilates instructor, Kat Dolan every Wednesday from 6-6:50pm in the Bloomberg Student Center for 50 minutes of guided stretching and mobility exercises. Participants are encouraged to come as they are for this low impact, restorative class that focuses on hip mobility, easing back pain and calming and restoring the nervous system for a full body reset.
