Joe DiSalvo joined the CSC in December 2021, serving as a Financial Analyst. Joe previously worked for Make the Road, an Immigrant Rights non-profit in New York, where he was a Fiscal Analyst for Government Grants. He received a B.A. in English Literature from Loyola University Maryland. Joe lives in Charles Village with his wife and cat.
